Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
- 3 large egg whites
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 cup milk

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt together.
- In a separate bowl, whip the egg whites to stiff peaks.
- Fold the egg whites into the dry ingredients gently.
- Spoon the mixture onto the prepared baking tray, shaping into small balls.
- Bake for 15 minutes or until lightly golden.
- Let cool slightly, then roll in coconut flakes to coat.
