Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 3 large egg whites
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • Pinch of salt


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt together.
  3. In a separate bowl, whip the egg whites to stiff peaks.
  4. Fold the egg whites into the dry ingredients gently.
  5. Spoon the mixture onto the prepared baking tray, shaping into small balls.
  6. Bake for 15 minutes or until lightly golden.
  7. Let cool slightly, then roll in coconut flakes to coat.
