Ingredients
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup chocolate chips (for topping)
Instructions
- Mix together graham cracker crumbs, peanut butter, and powdered sugar until well combined.
- Press the mixture firmly into a rectangular pan.
- Melt the chocolate chips and pour over the peanut butter layer.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours until set.
- Cut into squares and serve.
Notes
For a nut-free version, replace peanut butter with sun butter. Allow the bars to chill for at least 2 hours for best results.
