Ingredients

- 8 oz semisweet chocolate, melted
- ½ cup crushed candy canes
- ½ cup powdered sugar
Instructions
- Crush the chocolate sandwich cookies into fine crumbs.
- In a bowl, mix the cookie crumbs with cream cheese and peppermint extract to form a dough.
- Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on a baking sheet. Freeze the balls for about 20 minutes.
- Dip each frozen ball into the melted chocolate.
- Sprinkle crushed candy canes on top of the chocolate before it sets.
- After the chocolate hardens, dust the snowballs with powdered sugar.
- Chill the snowballs in the fridge before serving.
