Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar

- 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs or crushed nuts (for coating)
- Optional toppings: melted chocolate, shredded coconut
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, pumpkin puree, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and nutmeg until smooth.
- Chill the mixture for at least 1 hour to firm it up.
- Once chilled, scoop the mixture and roll into balls.
- Coat each ball with graham cracker crumbs or crushed nuts.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve.
