Description

Delightful no-bake pumpkin cheesecake balls that capture the essence of autumn with creamy, spiced filling coated in crunchy nuts or chocolate.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs or crushed nuts (for coating)
  • Optional toppings: melted chocolate, shredded coconut


Instructions
