A decadent layered dessert featuring chocolate, caramel, and cream cheese, perfect for any celebration.
Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup whipped topping
- 1 cup chocolate pudding mix
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup caramel sauce
- 12 graham crackers
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)
- Pure vanilla extract (to taste)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Fold in whipped topping and a splash of vanilla extract.
- Prepare chocolate pudding according to package instructions, using the milk.
- Layer half of the graham crackers in the bottom of a dish.
- Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the graham crackers.
- Layer half of the chocolate pudding over the cream cheese mixture.
- Drizzle half of the caramel sauce over the pudding.
- Repeat layers, finishing with remaining caramel sauce on top.
- Chill for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
Serve with extra caramel and chocolate sauce for garnish. Ensure cream cheese is softened for smooth blending.
