A delightful no-bake dessert featuring layers of creamy cheesecake, chocolate ganache, and caramel drizzles on a crunchy graham cracker crust.
Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- ¾ cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup whipped topping
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- ½ cup heavy cream
- ½ cup caramel sauce
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter until combined. Press into the bottom of a baking dish to form the crust.
- In a separate bowl, whip together the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in the whipped topping until well combined.
- In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream until it just starts to simmer. Remove from heat and add the chocolate chips, stirring until melted and smooth to make the ganache.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture over the crust, followed by the chocolate ganache.
- Drizzle the caramel sauce over the top and chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours until set.
- Slice and serve chilled, garnished with additional whipped topping or nuts if desired.
