Ingredients

  • 1 lb shrimp (fresh or frozen)
  • 2 tablespoons Old Bay seasoning
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise

  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1 cup diced celery
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Boil the shrimp in seasoned water until they turn pink and opaque, about 2-3 minutes.
  2. Cool the shrimp in ice water and then dice.
  3. In a bowl, mix the shrimp with diced vegetables, Old Bay seasoning, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and Dijon mustard.
  4. Chill the salad for 15 minutes before serving to meld the flavors.

Notes

Allow the salad to sit before serving to enhance the flavor. Use fresh vegetables for the best texture.
