Ingredients
- 16 large cremini or button mushrooms
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems.
- In a bowl, mix together cream cheese, Parmesan, breadcrumbs, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Generously fill each mushroom cap with the stuffing mixture.
- Place stuffed mushrooms on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for about 20 minutes or until golden brown and fragrant.
