Description

Delightful stuffed mushrooms filled with a creamy blend of cheeses, herbs, and seasonings, perfect for any gathering.


Ingredients

  • 16 large cremini or button mushrooms
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems.
  3. In a bowl, mix together cream cheese, Parmesan, breadcrumbs, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  4. Generously fill each mushroom cap with the stuffing mixture.
  5. Place stuffed mushrooms on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for about 20 minutes or until golden brown and fragrant.

Notes
