Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 (15 oz) can tomato sauce
  • 1 (14.5 oz) can diced tomatoes
  • 3 cups elbow macaroni
  • 3 cups water
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • Shredded cheese, for serving
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish


Instructions

  1. In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked.
  2. Add the diced onion and minced garlic; sauté until translucent.
  3. Stir in the tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. Add the elbow macaroni and water; bring to a boil.
