Description
A creamy, cheesy, and delicious one-pot chicken parmesan pasta that’s perfect for weeknight dinners.
Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken breast, diced
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 8 oz penne pasta
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large pot, sauté the diced chicken until golden brown.
- Add the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute.
- Pour in the marinara sauce and chicken broth.
- Stir in the penne pasta, bring to a simmer, and cook until the pasta is al dente.
- Sprinkle the mozzarella and parmesan on top, cover the pot, and let the cheese melt before serving.
Notes
For added flavor, use high-quality marinara sauce and don’t skip browning the chicken.
