Description

A creamy, cheesy, and delicious one-pot chicken parmesan pasta that’s perfect for weeknight dinners.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, diced
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 8 oz penne pasta
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. In a large pot, sauté the diced chicken until golden brown.
  2. Add the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute.
  3. Pour in the marinara sauce and chicken broth.
  4. Stir in the penne pasta, bring to a simmer, and cook until the pasta is al dente.
  5. Sprinkle the mozzarella and parmesan on top, cover the pot, and let the cheese melt before serving.

Notes

For added flavor, use high-quality marinara sauce and don’t skip browning the chicken.
