Ingredients
- 1 lb ribeye or sirloin steak
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons honey
- ½ cup BBQ sauce
- ½ cup heavy cream
- Lemon juice (to taste)
- Fresh chopped parsley or chives for garnish
Instructions
- Season the steak with salt and pepper and sear it in a hot skillet until browned on both sides.
- Remove the steak from the skillet and set aside to rest.
- In the same skillet, combine honey, BBQ sauce, and heavy cream; let simmer until slightly thickened.
- Return the steak to the skillet and coat it with the creamy sauce before serving.
Notes
