Description

A quick and delicious One Skillet Salmon Lemon Orzo that combines flavorful salmon, creamy orzo, and a bright lemony sauce, all cooked in one pan.


Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1 cup orzo
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh herbs (parsley or dill) for garnish


Instructions

  1. In a heavy-bottomed skillet, sauté garlic and onion until translucent.
