Description

A soothing foot soak that combines oregano and baking soda for refreshing relief and antifungal benefits.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup dried oregano
  • 4 cups water
  • 1/2 cup baking soda
  • Warm water (for soaking)


Instructions

  1. In a pot, bring 4 cups of water to a boil and add 1 cup of dried oregano.
  2. Allow to steep for 10-15 minutes.
  3. In a foot basin, mix warm water with 1/2 cup of baking soda.
  4. Pour the oregano infusion into the basin and stir well.
  5. Soak your feet for 20-30 minutes.

Notes

Use dried oregano for best results. Test water temperature before soaking.
