Description
A no-bake, creamy dessert that combines crushed Oreos with a light, mousse-like filling, perfect for potlucks and easy treats.
Ingredients
- 8 ounces (225 g) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup (60 g) powdered sugar
- 1 (3.4 oz / 96 g) package instant vanilla pudding mix
- 2 cups (480 ml) cold milk
- 8 ounces (about 2 cups) thawed whipped topping (Cool Whip) or 1 1/2 cups whipped heavy cream
- 24 crushed Oreos (roughly 2 cups), plus extra for topping
Instructions
- Soften cream cheese at room temperature for 30-45 minutes.
- Beat cream cheese with powdered sugar until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together instant vanilla pudding mix and cold milk until thickened, about 2 minutes.
- Fold the pudding into the cream cheese mixture until fully combined.
- Gently fold in whipped topping or whipped cream.
- Add in crushed Oreos, reserving some for topping, and gently mix.
- Spread the mixture into an 8×8 pan, cover, and chill for 2-4 hours (overnight for best results).
- Serve with extra cookie crumbs on top.
