Description

A no-bake, creamy dessert that combines crushed Oreos with a light, mousse-like filling, perfect for potlucks and easy treats.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces (225 g) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup (60 g) powdered sugar
  • 1 (3.4 oz / 96 g) package instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 2 cups (480 ml) cold milk
  • 8 ounces (about 2 cups) thawed whipped topping (Cool Whip) or 1 1/2 cups whipped heavy cream
  • 24 crushed Oreos (roughly 2 cups), plus extra for topping

Instructions

  1. Soften cream cheese at room temperature for 30-45 minutes.
  2. Beat cream cheese with powdered sugar until smooth.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together instant vanilla pudding mix and cold milk until thickened, about 2 minutes.
  4. Fold the pudding into the cream cheese mixture until fully combined.
  5. Gently fold in whipped topping or whipped cream.
  6. Add in crushed Oreos, reserving some for topping, and gently mix.
  7. Spread the mixture into an 8×8 pan, cover, and chill for 2-4 hours (overnight for best results).
  8. Serve with extra cookie crumbs on top.

Notes

Chill at least 2 hours; overnight improves texture and flavor integration.
