Ingredients
- 2 cups Rolled Oats
- 4 cups Milk or Dairy Alternative
- 4 tablespoons Chia Seeds

- 2 cups Fresh or Frozen Fruits
- 1 cup Nuts or Seeds
- 1 teaspoon Spices
Instructions
- Select glass jars and ensure they hold at least 1 cup of ingredients.
- Measure 1/2 cup of rolled oats for each jar and pour.
- Add 1 cup of your chosen milk or dairy alternative over the oats.
- Add 1 tablespoon of chia seeds to each jar and stir gently.
- Add a teaspoon of sweetener and mix thoroughly.
- Layer fresh fruit on top or mix in frozen fruit.
- Sprinkle chopped nuts or seeds on top.
- Add a pinch of spices like cinnamon or nutmeg.
- Secure lids tightly and shake gently to combine ingredients.
- Refrigerate overnight.
- In the morning, stir and add more fruit or sweetener if desired.
