Description

Quick and nutritious overnight oats customizable with fruits and nuts, perfect for a healthy breakfast.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups Rolled Oats
  • 4 cups Milk or Dairy Alternative
  • 4 tablespoons Chia Seeds
  • 4 teaspoons Sweetener
  • 2 cups Fresh or Frozen Fruits
  • 1 cup Nuts or Seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Spices


Instructions

  1. Select glass jars and ensure they hold at least 1 cup of ingredients.
  2. Measure 1/2 cup of rolled oats for each jar and pour.
  3. Add 1 cup of your chosen milk or dairy alternative over the oats.
  4. Add 1 tablespoon of chia seeds to each jar and stir gently.
  5. Add a teaspoon of sweetener and mix thoroughly.
  6. Layer fresh fruit on top or mix in frozen fruit.
  7. Sprinkle chopped nuts or seeds on top.
  8. Add a pinch of spices like cinnamon or nutmeg.
  9. Secure lids tightly and shake gently to combine ingredients.
  10. Refrigerate overnight.
  11. In the morning, stir and add more fruit or sweetener if desired.
