Description

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 2 cups seedless grapes
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme
  • Olive oil for cooking


Instructions

  1. Season the chicken with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat a sauté pan over medium-high heat and add olive oil.
  3. Sear the chicken skin-side down until golden brown.
  4. Add grapes, balsamic vinegar, and thyme to the pan.
  5. Transfer the pan to the oven and roast until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
