Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for frying
Instructions
- Prepare the egg wash by beating the eggs in a bowl.
- Mix breadcrumbs and grated Parmesan in another bowl.
- Dip each chicken breast in the egg wash, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Pan-fry the chicken breasts until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes per side.
- In a saucepan, melt the butter and add heavy cream, stirring continuously.
- Add more Parmesan cheese to the sauce, mixing until smooth and creamy.
- Serve the chicken topped with the Alfredo sauce.
