Description

A comforting twist on a classic dish featuring crispy Parmesan crusted chicken topped with a creamy Alfredo sauce.


Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for frying


Instructions

  1. Prepare the egg wash by beating the eggs in a bowl.
  2. Mix breadcrumbs and grated Parmesan in another bowl.
  3. Dip each chicken breast in the egg wash, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
  4. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  5. Pan-fry the chicken breasts until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes per side.
  6. In a saucepan, melt the butter and add heavy cream, stirring continuously.
  7. Add more Parmesan cheese to the sauce, mixing until smooth and creamy.
  8. Serve the chicken topped with the Alfredo sauce.

Notes

For best results, allow the chicken to rest for a few minutes before slicing.
