Ingredients
- 2 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1/4 cup honey (or maple syrup)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, combine the ripe mashed bananas and peanut butter until smooth.
- Add the rolled oats and honey, mixing until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until golden.
- Let cool completely before cutting into bars.
Notes
For best results, use ripe bananas and enjoy within three days when stored in an airtight container.
