Ingredients
- 1 quart garlic cloves, peeled
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 cup rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 tablespoon sugar
Instructions
- Peel the garlic cloves and place them in a clean jar.
- In a pot, heat water, apple cider vinegar, rice vinegar, salt, and sugar until dissolved.
- Pour the hot brine over the garlic, ensuring it’s completely covered.
- Seal the jar and let it cool before storing it in the refrigerator.
