Ingredients

  • 1 quart garlic cloves, peeled
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1 cup rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon sugar


Instructions

  1. Peel the garlic cloves and place them in a clean jar.
  2. In a pot, heat water, apple cider vinegar, rice vinegar, salt, and sugar until dissolved.
  3. Pour the hot brine over the garlic, ensuring it’s completely covered.
  4. Seal the jar and let it cool before storing it in the refrigerator.
  5. Allow the garlic to pickle for at least one week for optimal flavor.
