Instructions

  2. In a saucepan, combine rice vinegar, sugar, and salt. Heat until the sugar is dissolved.
  3. Pour the brine over the sliced ginger.
  4. Let it cool before transferring to a jar.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 24 hours before serving to enhance flavor.
