Description

Deliciously nutty and creamy pistachio overnight oats that provide a balanced and satisfying breakfast.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 2 cups milk (dairy or non-dairy)
  • 1/2 cup yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons honey or sweetener of choice
  • 1/4 cup chopped pistachios
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract


Instructions

  1. In a mason jar or container, combine rolled oats, milk, yogurt, honey, chopped pistachios, salt, and vanilla extract.
  2. Stir well to combine all ingredients.
  3. Cover and refrigerate overnight (or for at least 4 hours).
  4. In the morning, enjoy it as is or top with your favorite fruits and additional chopped pistachios.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days. For a creamier texture, you can add a splash more milk before serving.
