Ingredients
- 6 standard bagels (or 12 minis), torn into bite-sized pieces
- 1 1/2–2 cups marinara sauce
- 3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup chopped pepperoni (or 1 1/2 cups mini pepperoni)
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Tear the bagels into bite-sized pieces and place them in a large bowl.
- Stir in the marinara sauce, shredded mozzarella, chopped pepperoni, grated Parmesan, Italian seasoning, and olive oil.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13-inch baking dish and sprinkle with a little extra cheese.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes until bubbly and the top is lightly browned.
- Let rest for 8–10 minutes before serving.

For best results, balance sauciness to prevent sogginess; let the casserole rest before slicing for cleaner pieces.
