Description

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts, seasoned
  • 1 cup basmati or jasmine rice
  • 2 cups pomegranate juice
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • Fresh parsley or mint for garnish
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. In a large pot, sear the seasoned chicken until golden brown.
