- 10 slices stale challah or brioche bread, cut into cubes
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 4 large eggs
- 2 cups milk (or almond/oat milk for dairy-free)
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, pumpkin puree, brown sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
