Description

Delicious pumpkin muffins blended with sweet white chocolate, perfect for breakfast or an afternoon snack.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 cup chopped white chocolate


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a muffin pan.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together pumpkin puree, eggs, and melted butter.
  3. In another bowl, mix together flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
  4. Fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
  5. Gently stir in chopped white chocolate.
  6. Divide the batter into the prepared muffin pan.
  7. Bake for 20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Let cool before serving.
