Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Ricotta Cheese (Whole milk ricotta for best texture)
  • 1 cup Pumpkin Puree (Homemade for extra touch)
  • 1/2 cup Powdered Sugar (Confectioners’ sugar recommended)
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract (Use pure vanilla extract)
  • 1 teaspoon Allspice
  • 1/2 teaspoon Nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon Ground Ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon Ground Clove
  • 12 pieces Cannoli Shells (Store-bought or homemade)


Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the ricotta cheese and pumpkin puree, mixing until smooth.
  2. Add powdered sugar, vanilla extract, allspice, nutmeg, cinnamon, ginger, and ground clove. Stir until fully combined.
  3. Place the filling in a piping bag or a large zip-lock bag with the corner cut off.
  4. Carefully fill each cannoli shell with the pumpkin-spice filling.
  5. Dust the filled cannoli with powdered sugar before serving.

Notes

Serve with caramel sauce or chocolate syrup for extra sweetness. Keep filling and shells separate until serving to maintain crunch.
