Description

A delightful milkshake combining creamy pumpkin goodness with fizzy soda, perfect for fall occasions and gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 3 cups vanilla ice cream
  • 1 cup whole milk or plant-based milk
  • 1/2 cup canned pumpkin purée
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups cold cream soda
  • Whipped cream (optional)
  • Ground nutmeg or cinnamon (optional)
  • Crushed graham crackers or ginger snaps (optional)


Instructions

  1. Combine the vanilla ice cream, whole milk, canned pumpkin purée, pumpkin pie spice, ground cinnamon, maple syrup, and vanilla extract in a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. Pour the blended mixture evenly into four tall glasses, filling each glass about two-thirds full.
  3. Slowly pour cold cream soda over the milkshake in each glass to create a float, allowing bubbles to form. Stir gently if desired.
  4. Top with whipped cream, a sprinkle of ground nutmeg or cinnamon, and crushed graham crackers or ginger snaps, if desired.
  5. Serve with a straw and long spoon for optimal experience.

Notes
