  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 medium pumpkin, diced
  • 2 medium sweet potatoes, diced
  • 4 cups vegetable broth
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Optional garnishes: yogurt or cream, roasted pumpkin seeds


Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add diced onion and garlic; sauté until fragrant.
  3. Stir in diced pumpkin and sweet potatoes.
