Description

A quick and comforting chicken ramen stir fry perfect for busy weeknights. Easily customizable with your favorite vegetables and sauces.

Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 2 blocks of ramen noodles
  • 1 cup carrots, sliced
  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup snow peas
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sriracha (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Slice the chicken breasts and set aside.
  2. Prepare your vegetables: slice carrots, bell peppers, and broccoli, and set them aside.
  3. Boil ramen noodles according to package instructions without using the flavor packets.
  4. Heat vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.
  5. Add the chicken to the pan, seasoning with salt and pepper. Cook until the chicken is no longer pink.
  6. Add the vegetables to the pan and stir-fry until they are tender but still crisp.
  7. Add the cooked noodles to the pan.
  8. Mix together the soy sauce, hoisin sauce, sriracha, brown sugar, and sesame oil, then pour over the noodle mixture.
  9. Toss everything together until well combined and heated through.
  10. Serve immediately and enjoy your Chicken Ramen Stir Fry!

Notes

Don’t overcook the noodles. They should be springy. Feel free to adjust the sauces to your liking. Clean up as you cook to make the process easier.
