Description

A fast and delicious stir-fry packed with flavors, perfect for busy nights.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef (lean)
  • 4 cups Cabbage (fresh green)
  • 3 cloves Garlic (finely minced)
  • 1 inch Fresh Ginger (grated)
  • 4 tbsp Soy Sauce (low-sodium)
  • 2 tbsp Sesame Oil
  • 4 stalks Scallions (chopped)
  • 1 tsp Red Pepper Flakes (to taste)
  • 2 cups Steamed Rice or Noodles


Instructions

  1. Heat a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the ground beef to the pan and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes, breaking it up as it cooks.
  3. Drain excess grease if needed.
  4. Add the minced garlic and grated ginger, and stir-fry for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  5. Toss in the chopped cabbage and cook for 3-4 minutes until tender but still crispy.
  6. Pour in the soy sauce and sprinkle the red pepper flakes, mixing thoroughly.
  7. Drizzle the sesame oil over the top and stir once more.
  8. Remove from heat, garnish with chopped scallions, and serve hot over steamed rice or noodles.

Notes

Great for meal prep and leftovers can be stored for 3-4 days. Adjust spices to taste.
