Description
A fast and delicious stir-fry packed with flavors, perfect for busy nights.
Ingredients
- 1 lb Ground Beef (lean)
- 4 cups Cabbage (fresh green)
- 3 cloves Garlic (finely minced)
- 1 inch Fresh Ginger (grated)
- 4 tbsp Soy Sauce (low-sodium)
- 2 tbsp Sesame Oil
- 4 stalks Scallions (chopped)
- 1 tsp Red Pepper Flakes (to taste)
- 2 cups Steamed Rice or Noodles
Instructions
- Heat a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add the ground beef to the pan and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes, breaking it up as it cooks.
- Drain excess grease if needed.
- Add the minced garlic and grated ginger, and stir-fry for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Toss in the chopped cabbage and cook for 3-4 minutes until tender but still crispy.
- Pour in the soy sauce and sprinkle the red pepper flakes, mixing thoroughly.
- Drizzle the sesame oil over the top and stir once more.
- Remove from heat, garnish with chopped scallions, and serve hot over steamed rice or noodles.
Notes
Great for meal prep and leftovers can be stored for 3-4 days. Adjust spices to taste.
