A quick stir-fry featuring fresh bok choy and savory mushrooms, perfect for busy nights.
Ingredients
- 2 cups bok choy, washed and chopped
- 1 cup mushrooms, thinly sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil (optional)
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat.
- Add minced garlic and sliced mushrooms, stir-frying until mushrooms are browned.
- Add chopped bok choy and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until tender yet crisp.
- Pour in soy sauce and optional sesame oil, stirring to combine.
- Serve hot over rice or noodles, and garnish with sesame seeds.
Notes
User can customize sauce with additional ingredients and swap bok choy for other greens.
