Description

A quick stir-fry featuring fresh bok choy and savory mushrooms, perfect for busy nights.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups bok choy, washed and chopped
  • 1 cup mushrooms, thinly sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil (optional)
  • Sesame seeds for garnish


Instructions

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and sliced mushrooms, stir-frying until mushrooms are browned.
  3. Add chopped bok choy and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until tender yet crisp.
  4. Pour in soy sauce and optional sesame oil, stirring to combine.
  5. Serve hot over rice or noodles, and garnish with sesame seeds.

Notes

User can customize sauce with additional ingredients and swap bok choy for other greens.
