Ingredients

  • 2 pounds Chicken Wings, pat dry
  • 1 medium Lemon, zest
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice, freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper, freshly ground
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • Cooking Spray


Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Rinse chicken wings under cold water and pat dry with paper towels.
  3. In a large bowl, combine chicken wings with salt, black pepper, lemon zest, lemon juice, garlic powder, and olive oil. Mix thoroughly.
  4. Let the wings marinate for 10-15 minutes.
  5. Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray and arrange wings in a single layer.
  6. Cook wings for 25-30 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  7. Ensure wings reach a deep golden color and an internal temperature of at least 165°F (74°C).
