Ingredients
- 2 pounds Chicken Wings, pat dry
 - 1 medium Lemon, zest
 - 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice, freshly squeezed
 - 1 teaspoon Black Pepper, freshly ground
 - 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
 - 1 teaspoon Salt
 - 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
 - Cooking Spray
 
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
 - Rinse chicken wings under cold water and pat dry with paper towels.
 - In a large bowl, combine chicken wings with salt, black pepper, lemon zest, lemon juice, garlic powder, and olive oil. Mix thoroughly.
 - Let the wings marinate for 10-15 minutes.
 - Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray and arrange wings in a single layer.
 - Cook wings for 25-30 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
 - Ensure wings reach a deep golden color and an internal temperature of at least 165°F (74°C).
 - Let wings rest for a few minutes before serving.
