Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb (450 g) Flank Steak
  • 3 cups Broccoli (fresh or frozen)
  • 1/4 cup Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced


Instructions

  1. Slice the flank steak into thin strips.
  2. Heat oil in a pan or wok and add the beef, cooking until just browned.
  3. Remove the beef and add the broccoli with a splash of water; cover to steam for one minute.
  4. Add the beef back to the pan along with the sauce and stir until glossy.
