Ingredients
- 1 lb (450 g) Flank Steak
- 3 cups Broccoli (fresh or frozen)
- 1/4 cup Soy Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Honey
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
Instructions
- Slice the flank steak into thin strips.
- Heat oil in a pan or wok and add the beef, cooking until just browned.
- Remove the beef and add the broccoli with a splash of water; cover to steam for one minute.
- Add the beef back to the pan along with the sauce and stir until glossy.
- Serve hot, ideally over rice or noodles.
Notes
For a successful dish, marinate beef briefly before cooking, and ensure broccoli is bright and crunchy. Avoid overcooking.
