Ingredients
- 1 cup strong brewed espresso, cooled
- 24 ladyfingers
- 2 cups mascarpone cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 cups fresh raspberries
- Cocoa powder for dusting
Instructions
- Brew strong espresso and allow to cool.
- In a mixing bowl, whip together mascarpone cheese, heavy cream, and sugar until soft peaks form.
- Dip ladyfingers briefly into the cooled espresso.
- Layer the espresso-soaked ladyfingers in a serving dish.
- Spread a layer of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers followed by a layer of fresh raspberries.
- Repeat the layers until the dish is filled.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Dust with cocoa powder before serving.
Notes
For the best flavor, allow the tiramisu to chill overnight. Dust with cocoa powder and garnish with fresh mint if desired.
