Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup freshly chopped pineapple
  • 1 English cucumber, chopped into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 limes, zested and juiced
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, roughly chopped
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional)


Instructions

  1. Chop the pineapple and English cucumber into bite-sized pieces and mix well.
  2. Zest and juice the limes, then combine with pineapple and cucumber.
  3. Add chopped cilantro to the mixture.
  4. Toss all ingredients together until evenly distributed.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Notes
