Ingredients
- 1 sheet of puff pastry
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 can (or 1 lb) fresh salmon, flaked
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh herbs (parsley or dill) for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Sauté onion and garlic until fragrant.
- In a large bowl, mix cooked rice, spinach, and flaked salmon with the sautéed onion and garlic.
- Season the mixture with salt and pepper.
- Lay the puff pastry on a baking sheet and spoon the filling onto one half.
