A decadent zero-carb vanilla pudding that’s rich, creamy, and perfect for those on a carnivore diet.
Ingredients
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 4 large egg yolks
- 1/2 cup sugar-free sweetener
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Heat the heavy cream in a saucepan over medium heat until it begins to steam, but do not boil.
- In a bowl, whisk the egg yolks and sweetener together until well combined.
- Gradually temper the egg yolks by slowly pouring the hot cream into the yolks while whisking continuously.
- Return the mixture to the saucepan and cook on low heat, stirring constantly until it thickens.
- Once thickened, pour into serving dishes and let cool before chilling in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.

Garnish with fresh berries or whipped cream for added flavor.
