Ingredients
- 1 whole garlic head
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded
- 1 whole wheat pizza crust
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh basil or parsley, for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Wrap the garlic head in foil and roast for 30-40 minutes until golden brown.
- In a bowl, mix roasted garlic (squeezed out of the head) with heavy cream to create a sauce.
- Season the cooked chicken with salt and pepper.
- Spread the creamy garlic sauce over the pizza crust.
- Layer the seasoned chicken on top, followed by mozzarella and provolone cheese.
- Bake in the oven until the cheese is melted and bubbly, about 20-25 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh herbs before slicing and serving.
