Ingredients
- Brussels sprouts, halved
- Pears, cubed
- Fresh cranberries
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Prepare Brussels sprouts by trimming the ends and slicing them in half.
- Toss Brussels sprouts with cubed pears, fresh cranberries, olive oil, salt, and pepper on a baking sheet.
- Roast for about 25 minutes, stirring halfway through, until tender and caramelized.
- Serve warm, optionally garnished with toasted nuts and balsamic glaze.
Notes
