Description

A vibrant combination of roasted pears, tangy cranberries, and crispy Brussels sprouts that brightens any meal.


Ingredients

  • Brussels sprouts, halved
  • Pears, cubed
  • Fresh cranberries
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Black pepper


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prepare Brussels sprouts by trimming the ends and slicing them in half.
  3. Toss Brussels sprouts with cubed pears, fresh cranberries, olive oil, salt, and pepper on a baking sheet.
  4. Roast for about 25 minutes, stirring halfway through, until tender and caramelized.
  5. Serve warm, optionally garnished with toasted nuts and balsamic glaze.

Notes

Allow to rest for a few minutes before serving to let flavors settle. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
