Ingredients
- 1 pound cooked breakfast sausage
 - 1 (10 oz) can Rotel diced tomatoes and green chilies, with juice
 - 8 ounces softened cream cheese
 - 1 package crescent roll dough (typically 8 oz)
 - ½ teaspoon garlic powder
 - ½ teaspoon onion powder
 - ¼ teaspoon black pepper
 
Instructions
- Brown the breakfast sausage in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked and crumbly. Drain excess grease and let cool slightly.
 - In a bowl, combine the cooked sausage, softened cream cheese, and Rotel tomatoes with juice. Mix in garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper until smooth.
 - Unroll crescent roll dough on a clean surface and separate into triangles.
 - Place a spoonful of the filling at the wide end of each triangle, roll towards the pointed end, and seal edges gently.
 - Arrange the filled bites on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
