Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/3 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 3 cups diced apples (Granny Smith and Honeycrisp)
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 cup salted caramel sauce
- Whipped cream, for serving
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar to form the crust. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
- In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, 1 cup sugar, and eggs until smooth.
- Toss the diced apples with cinnamon and sugar, then gently fold into the cheesecake batter.
- Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust and bake for 60 minutes, until slightly wobbly in the center.
- Remove from oven and let cool gradually in the oven with the door propped open.
- Drizzle warm salted caramel on top before serving.
- Chill in the fridge for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
Notes
Use room temperature ingredients for a smoother batter and avoid lumps. For the best flavor, consider making your own salted caramel.
