Description

A stunning dessert that combines creamy cheesecake, spiced apple pie filling, and decadent salted caramel, perfect for fall gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/3 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 3 cups diced apples (Granny Smith and Honeycrisp)
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup salted caramel sauce
  • Whipped cream, for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar to form the crust. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, 1 cup sugar, and eggs until smooth.
  4. Toss the diced apples with cinnamon and sugar, then gently fold into the cheesecake batter.
  5. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust and bake for 60 minutes, until slightly wobbly in the center.
  6. Remove from oven and let cool gradually in the oven with the door propped open.
  7. Drizzle warm salted caramel on top before serving.
  8. Chill in the fridge for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.

Notes

Use room temperature ingredients for a smoother batter and avoid lumps. For the best flavor, consider making your own salted caramel.
