Ingredients
- 1 lb. steak (sirloin, ribeye, or strip)
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
Instructions
- Heat a skillet until hot but not smoking. Melt butter and add minced garlic, stirring until fragrant.
- Add steak bites to the pan, ensuring they aren’t crowded. Sear for 1-2 minutes on each side until browned.
- Remove steak from the pan and set aside. In the same pan, add more butter, heavy cream, and Parmesan cheese. Stir until smooth and silky.
- Add steak back to the pan, mixing until well coated in sauce. Serve immediately.
