Description

Juicy steak bites seared to perfection and coated in a rich Parmesan cream sauce, perfect for a quick yet indulgent meal.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. sirloin or ribeye steak, cut into bite-size pieces
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat until hot but not smoking.
  2. Add the butter and let it melt, then toss in the minced garlic.
  3. Add the steak bites to the pan in a single layer and sear them for 1-2 minutes until browned.
  4. Flip the steak bites and sear the other side, then remove them from the pan and set aside.
  5. In the same pan, add more butter, splash in the heavy cream, and stir in the Parmesan until the sauce is smooth.
  6. Add the steak back to the sauce, let everything cook together for a minute, then serve hot.

Notes

Best served with mashed potatoes, a crisp salad, or crusty bread to soak up the creamy sauce. Don’t overcrowd the pan for better searing.
