- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat until hot but not smoking.
- Add the butter and let it melt, then toss in the minced garlic.
- Add the steak bites to the pan in a single layer and sear them for 1-2 minutes until browned.
- Flip the steak bites and sear the other side, then remove them from the pan and set aside.
- In the same pan, add more butter, splash in the heavy cream, and stir in the Parmesan until the sauce is smooth.
- Add the steak back to the sauce, let everything cook together for a minute, then serve hot.
Notes
Best served with mashed potatoes, a crisp salad, or crusty bread to soak up the creamy sauce. Don’t overcrowd the pan for better searing.
