Description

Flavor-packed chicken kebabs marinated in garlic and Parmesan, easy to make and perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb boneless chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 bell pepper, cut into chunks
  • 1 onion, cut into chunks


Instructions

  1. Marinate chicken pieces in olive oil, minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat grill or broiler.
  3. Thread marinated chicken onto skewers, alternating with bell peppers and onions.
  4. Grill or broil for 10-15 minutes until chicken is fully cooked.
  5. Serve with a fresh side salad or dipping sauce.
