Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash and dry the potatoes, then slice them into slits from the top down, being careful not to cut all the way through.
- Drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper, ensuring it seeps into the slits.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 40 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
- Optional: Top with cheese or herbs before baking for added flavor.
