Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground bison
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 small onion, minced
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup chopped cranberries
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp fresh herbs (such as parsley or thyme)
  • 1 cup wild rice


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
