Description
A healthy and easy-to-make homemade pizza packed with flavor, fresh ingredients, and perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients
- 2 cups All-Purpose Flour
 - 2 teaspoons Active Dry Yeast
 - 1 cup Warm Water
 - 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
 - 1 teaspoon Salt
 - 1.5 cups Sliced Mushrooms
 - 2 cups Fresh Spinach
 - 4 cloves Minced Garlic
 - 1.5 cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
 - 1 cup Pizza Sauce

Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine warm water and active dry yeast. Stir gently and let sit for 5-10 minutes until frothy.
 - Add olive oil and salt to the yeast mixture, stirring well. Gradually incorporate all-purpose flour, mixing until a rough dough forms.
 - Knead the dough on a floured surface for 8-10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
 - Place the kneaded dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise in a warm area for 1-1.5 hours until doubled in size.
 - While the dough rises, heat a skillet over medium heat. Add olive oil, then minced garlic, sautéing for 30 seconds.
 - Add sliced mushrooms to the skillet, cooking until browned and tender, about 5-7 minutes. Season with salt and pepper, then add spinach until wilted.
 - Once the dough has risen, punch it down and roll it out into desired shape, about ¼ inch thick.
 - Preheat oven to 475°F (245°C). Spread pizza sauce over the dough, leaving a small edge for the crust.
 - Distribute the sautéed garlic, mushrooms, and spinach mixture over the sauce. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top.
 - Bake for 12-15 minutes until the crust is golden brown and cheese is bubbling.
 - Remove from oven, let cool for a few minutes, then slice and serve hot.

Notes
