Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken breast, cut into pieces
 - 1/4 cup soy sauce
 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
 - 1 tsp ginger, grated
 - 1 bell pepper, chopped
 - 1 zucchini, sliced
 - 1 cup broccoli florets
 - 1/4 cup hot honey
 - 2 cups cooked rice or quinoa
 - Fresh herbs for garnish (cilantro or green onions)
 
Instructions
- Marinate chicken in soy sauce, garlic, and ginger for at least 30 minutes.
 - Sauté marinated chicken in a pan over medium-high heat until golden brown.
 - While chicken cooks, roast bell peppers, zucchini, and broccoli in the oven until tender.
 - Drizzle hot honey over the chicken before serving.
 - Serve chicken and vegetables over rice or quinoa, garnished with fresh herbs.
