Ingredients
- 1 lb fresh salmon, chopped
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tablespoon fresh herbs (dill, parsley, etc.)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil (for drizzling)
- 1 avocado (for the sauce)
- 1 tablespoon lime juice (for the sauce)

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) if baking.
- In a bowl, combine chopped salmon, breadcrumbs, beaten egg, herbs, salt, and pepper.
- Mash the ingredients together using your hands until well mixed.
- Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
- Shape the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Drizzle olive oil over the salmon balls.
- Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown, or pan-fry in a skillet until a golden crust forms.
- For the avocado sauce, mash the avocado with lime juice and salt until smooth.
- Serve salmon balls with the creamy avocado sauce on the side.
