Description
These juicy meatballs are packed with flavor and coated in a sweet and savory sauce, perfect for dinners or gatherings.
Ingredients
- 1 pound Ground Chicken
 - 2 tablespoons Sesame Oil
 - 3 cloves Garlic, minced
 - 1 tablespoon Ginger, grated
 - 3 Green Onions, chopped
 - 1/2 cup Panko Bread Crumbs
 - 1 large Egg
 - Salt and Pepper, to taste
 - 2 tablespoons Honey
 - 1/4 cup Soy Sauce
 - 1 tablespoon Rice Vinegar
 - Sesame Seeds, for garnish
 
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, minced garlic, grated ginger, chopped green onions, panko breadcrumbs, and egg. Mix gently until well combined.
 - Wet your hands and roll the mixture into meatballs about 1 to 1.5 inches in diameter. Place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
 - Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
 - Bake the meatballs for 20-25 minutes until cooked through and golden.
 - In a saucepan, combine soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, and sesame oil. Heat over medium until honey dissolves, then simmer for 5 minutes.
 - If desired, thicken the sauce with a cornstarch slurry.
 - Transfer the baked meatballs to the saucepan and toss to coat them in the sauce. Simmer for a couple of minutes.
 - Serve garnished with sesame seeds.
 
Notes
Serve on a bed of rice or with stir-fried vegetables. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days or freeze for longer.
